3. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons (spring/summer and holidays). Last-minute orders may be possible depending on our schedule, but early booking ensures availability and customization.

4. Do you deliver and install?

Yes! We offer full-service delivery, setup, and takedown for large installations. Smaller balloon arrangements can often be picked up. Let us know your event location and we’ll handle the logistics so you don’t have to.

5. How long do balloon decorations last?

Indoor balloon displays can last several days—sometimes even longer—depending on temperature and handling. Outdoor decor typically lasts 8–24 hours, depending on sun, heat, wind, and humidity. We use high-quality balloons to maximize longevity.

6. What is your pricing like?

Pricing varies based on design complexity, size, and delivery needs. We offer a range of options to suit different budgets, and we’re happy to provide a free quote after learning about your event details. Custom packages are available.

7. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future event if notice is given at least 7 days in advance.
